Is there a similar goal in other sports?

I think Bert Blyleven and Jim Kaat should be in there. Who do YOU think should be in there?

Dave DeBusschere of the NY Knicks. He was a player/manager in the major leagues in his 20's.

There have actually been 4 different players that have played with 36 Hall of Famers
Joe Bush - Baker, Bender, Carey, Cobb, Cochrane, Collins, Combs, Coveleski, Cronin, Cuyler, Foxx, Gehrig, Goslin, Grimes, Grove, Harris, Hooper, Hornsby, Hoyt, Jackson, Johnson, Lajoie, Lindstrom, Ott, Pennock, Plank, Rice, Roush, Ruth, Sisler, Simmons, Speaker, Terry, Traynor, L.Waner, P.Waner
Doc Farrell - Bancroft, Bottomley, Combs, Cronin, Cuyler, Dean, Dickey, Evers, Ferrell, Frisch, Gehrig, Gomez, Grimes, Grove, Hafey, Haines, Hartnett, Hornsby, Hubbell, Jackson, Kelly, Lazzeri, Lindstrom, Maranville, Ott, Pennock, Roush, Ruffing, Ruth, Schalk, Sewell, Sisler, Southworth, Terry, Wilson, Youngs
Burleigh Grimes - Bottomley, Carey, Combs, Cuyler, Dean, Dickey, Durocher, Frisch, Gehrig, Gomez, Hafey, Haines, Hartnett, Herman, Hornsby, Hoyt, Jackson, Kelly, Lazzeri, Lindstrom, maranville, Marquard, Medwick, Ott, Roush, Ruffing, Ruth, Sisler, Terry, Traynor, Vance, Vaughan, Wagner, L.Waner, P.Waner, Wheat
Waite Hoyt - Baker, Cochrane, Combs, Coveleski, Cuyler, Dickey, Durocher, Foxx, Gehringer, Gehrig, Gomez, Grennberg, Grimes, Grove, Harris, Hooper, Hubbell, Jackson, Kelly, Lazzeri, Lindstrom, Lopez, Manush, Ott, Pennock, Ruffing, Ruth, Simmons, Terry, Traynor, Vance, L.Waner, P.Waner, Wilson, Youngs.
edit: Next on the list is:
Bobo Newsom 32
Leo Durocher 30
Bob O'Farrell 30
Surprisingly, Yogi is tied for 1625th place with 9. I thought he'd be higher myself.

Most Japanese ballplayers, e.g., Ichiro, had significant careers in Japan before signing with a Major League team. Should both Japanese and American careers be considered when these guys are put on the Hall of Fame ballot?

the way they played in there prime

Well I don't specifically have 1, I have a couple and here they are:
Walter "the big train" Johnson- One of the best pitchers in baseball history.
Harmon "the Killer" Killebrew- One of the best batters to bat right handed, and was a monster when it came to hitting homeruns. He is ranked 9 at the moment.
Rod Carew- He has one of of the best swings ever, and was an amazing batter.
Kirby Puckett- My ALL time favorite baseball player ever! He is one of the best the game had. He had great defense, offense, and was one of the most caring guys ever. He is one of my heros.
And any year now, Bert Blyleven will be added to the list.
:)

he must be eligible for the hall and not in

Reviewer: S. E. Haley,
I bought this as a Birthday gift for my adult son. He loves Baseball and said this set is just a great gift.
