At Your First Baseball Game, Was There A Certain Player That You Noticed More Than Others?

You can choose either your first baseball game seeing ANY team or your first baseball game seeing YOUR team.
I know at my first (ever) baseball game at Fenway Park, Tim Wakefield really seemed to stand out to me. While Jason Varitek is my favorite player, I've always been kind of "attached" to Tim Wakefield.
Anyone else have a similar story? Different story? I'd like to hear what other baseball fans have to say.

I want to get into management with any team in the MLB. Eventually, I would like to work up to general manager (I know, a long shot). But, could you please help me in ways to get noticed? Thanks!
