Tips For A Fellow Baseball Player?

I have been having some problems lately, Ive been having a really hard time hitting breaking balls and really slow pitchers, but when the pitchers throw a decent fast ball to me, I can jack it. Any tips on drills I can do to get me to sit back on the slower pitchers and breaking balls, cause I always seem to get out infront

Take BP with just off speed pitches.
Then after you’re able to sit back on them, do BP with fastballs and off speed pitches mixed.
i think if you try laying off the first pitch you recieve it will make you a lil calmer which will help against the slow ones
i think you like swinging for power which a changeup is meant for
listen okay b rizzy. maybe baseball isnt your thing if you cant hit a slow pitch but you can hit a fast ball go back to t-ball where it doesnt move at all then go to a pitching machine then maybe youll be ready for a thrid grader
