Jim Thorpe, MLB 1913-19, football 1915-28, HOF 1963
Ernie Nevers, MLB 1926-28, football 1926-31, HOF 1963
Red Badgro, MLB 1929-30, football 1927-36, HOF 1981
George Halas, MLB 1919, football owner 1920-83, HOF 1963
Paddy Driscoll, MLB 1917, football 1919-29, HOF 1965
Ace Parker, MLB 1937-38, football 1937-46, HOF 1972
Greasy Neale, MLB 1916-24, football coach 1941-50, HOF 1969
There is also one that was a Major League umpire;
Cal Hubbard is the only member of both the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Baseball Hall of Fame (as an umpire)
Jimmy Conzelman held a job in the front office in Major League baseball, but never played.
Also, John Elway played one year of professional minor league baseball, but not in the Majors.
